OtherLevels announces sports betting messaging platform

Multi-channel messaging platform OtherLevels has unveiled its new in-play messaging module, designed to provide a more personalised live sports betting experience and boost revenues for operators.

Launched ahead of this year’s World Cup in Russia, the platform allows online sportsbooks to dynamically deliver messages promoting their latest in-play odds during live football or other sporting fixtures.

The real-time solution automatically sends out messages triggered by a live event such as a goal or red card to a target audience based on betting behaviour and those more likely to respond to its content. In addition, it removes the process where marketing executives and traders manually set up the delivery of such messages.

The marketing service provides bettors with personalised, contextually-relevant content, which is set to increase engagement, conversion rates and revenues.

Brendan O’Kane, CEO of OtherLevels, said: “In-play betting is a major revenue driver for sportsbook operators. They always have the latest odds across all their markets but have lacked a sophisticated scalable platform to deliver real-time offers, across as many markets as possible during play. There is an enormous opportunity across the long-tail of all sports and matches, to reach the maximum number of bettors at any time with personalised offers linked to in-play events.

“Our sophisticated in-play platform solves this problem by automatically identifying and selecting the offer content and target audience in response to an in-play event during a live football match.

“While scalable across all sports, OtherLevels is launching In-Play Messaging with a focus on football. We’re very confident our new In-Play Messaging solution will lead to increased engagement from bettors, and deliver increased revenue for operators, especially during this summer’s World Cup in Russia.”

To celebrate the launch, the company will be holding a prize draw with signed shirts from football legends Diego Maradona and Pele up for grabs.
