Virtual games supplier Kiron Interactive has signed an agreement at EiG Berlin 2016 to distribute its virtual games with European sports betting platform provider Digitain.

The multi-channel deal, which spans retail and online, will see the Kiron’s suite of virtual games being integrated on Digitain’s new platform and distributed to their customers across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

With this deal Digitain’s customers will have access to the industry’s largest portfolio of virtual racing and sports games, including football, horse racing, dog racing, basketball, motor racing, cycling and a large selection of other sports.

Steven Spartinos, co-CEO of Kiron, said the collaboration reflected a growing interest in virtual games among operators and their players in emerging markets around the world.

He added: “We’re delighted to have struck a deal with Digitain, whose innovative approach will help us reach new audiences in new territories.

“It is exciting that Digitain will be introducing us to their clients in countries where we’ve not previously had a presence.”

Suren Khachatryan, CEO of Digitain, said: “Kiron’s virtual games are very popular, and we’re very pleased to be able to offer them to clients as a complementary product to our sportsbook and casino.

“The partnership gives us another string to our bow and provides our operator partners with new and engaging content as they look to acquire and retain customers.”

Armenia-based Digitain recently teamed up with Mediatech to offer their sportsbook on the company’s IRIS platform, as well as launching the product with Bosnian operator Xlivebet.com
