Further to today’s trading update, FTSE-listed William Hill has moved to strengthen its governance advisory by confirming the appointment of three new Non-Executive Directors.

Updating its investors William Hill governance confirmed that John O’Reilly, (former Managing Director at Coral Interactive), Robin Terrell (former Chief Customer Officer at Tesco PLC) and Mark Brooker (former Chief Operating Officer at Betfair) would join the company as corporate advisors in 2017.

William Hill governance detailed that it was pleased with its experienced appointments, which would give the operator fresh industry knowledge and outside industry perspective.

Gareth Davis Chairman of William Hill, commented on the appointment of the Non-Executive directors;

“These appointments significantly enhance the Board’s digital, multi-channel and gambling industry experience. John’s, Robin’s and Mark’s collective expertise will strengthen the business as we implement our strategy of digital and international diversification.”

This morning the operator stated that it was committed to the ongoing turnaround of its digital performance, with the bookmaker stating that it had identified £30 million in potential corporate savings.
