Updating the market sports betting platform provider Kambi and key client 32Red Plc have confirmed a partnership extension.

The extension of services sees 32Red continue its sports betting platform agreement with Kambi which was first signed in April 2014.

The partnership saw London AIM-listed 32Red relaunch its sports betting offering ’32Red Sports’, with company governance stating that the company was committed to gaining quick market traction within the UK sports betting sector.

Furthering its presence in UK sports betting, this May 32Red was announced as new official shirt sponsor of Yorkshire Championship football club Leeds United FC for a period of three seasons.

Ed Ware, CEO of 32Red plc, commented on the partnership extension

“I am pleased to continue working with Kambi on creating an exciting sports betting experience for our players. During the past two years, Kambi has been an invaluable driver for our growth in sports betting by contributing its experience and knowledge and with the creation of a premium Sportsbook. As we continue to accelerate our marketing budget we remain excited about the future growth possibilities the market is offering us.”

Kristian Nylén, CEO of Kambi Group plc, was pleased to have extended its platform services

“We have truly enjoyed working with 32Red during the last two years and we are delighted the operator has decided to further extend its contract long-term. The partnership has been very successful and is further proof of the strength of the Kambi Sportsbook and the power it gives our operators to offer a unique sports betting experience to their players. 32Red is planning to invest more in marketing its Sportsbook and we see a lot of potential as we look forward to continue contributing to its success in a joint collaboration. 32Red is one of our operators listed in the eGR 2015 Power 50 list.”
