Lancashire, Championship football club Preston North End has unveiled its season 2016/17 first-team kit with 888Sport as lead sponsor.
Preston North End, the oldest professional football club in the world is set to officially put its season 2016/17 shirt on sale on 21 July.
Adhering to FA rules on marketing of sports betting brands, 888Sport has given all non-first team kit sponsorship rights and junior replica shirt sponsorships to Preston North End official charity partner Rainbow House (sick children’s trust).
Seeking to expand its brand coverage within English football ahead of the start of a new season, 888Sports has this summer agreed shirt sponsorship deals with Preston North End and Nottingham Forrest FC.
Speaking on the e launch of the clubs football kit Preston North End chief executive John Kay commented:
“We are delighted to launch the new Nike kit which will be available at our brand new club store at Deepdale.
“The Club is also looking forward to working with 888sport, our new Principal Sponsor, whose name will adorn the playing shirts in 2016/17. We’d also like to thank 888sport for agreeing to have Rainbow House on the junior kits.”
