Vivaro Betting Ltd, the operating company of Vbet has confirmed that it has been approved a UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) ‘UK Remote Operating Licence’.
Adhering to UKGC standards and practices, the Vivaro license Vbet brand will be able to legally offer its services to UK betting consumers.
Vbet becomes the first BetConstruct powered bookmaker to receive a UK operator licence, with the gambling technology firm having been granted a UK Combined Remote Operating Licence last June.
Vbet is set to launch it UK betting services in the coming months, as the company looks to expand its services beyond its core markets of Armenia and Georgia.
Updating the market, BetConstruct Chief Operations Officer Sergey Harutyunyan stated that his company was pleased with Vbet gaining its licence, and that BetConstruct governance would continue to work in order to make sure its operations were “at the heart of all major regulated online gambling markets”.
