Bitcoin price drops $30 as miners meet bitcoin core developers

Yesterday, on July 31st, between 02:00 and 02:30 UTC, the price of one Bitcoin dropped from around $654 to $638 and hasn’t recovered yet.

The price drop is allegedly due to an on-going closed door meeting between Bitcoin miners and Bitcoin Core Developers. At the time being, there are no further details available as to what was the direct reason of the decline, since there wer no media representatives or independent observers invited.

The course continued its decline and at the moment of writing this, one Bitcoin is worth $626,04.
