The Malaysian-based developer, the Genting Group will begin construction of the $4 billion project Resorts World Las Vegas (RWLV) commencing in 2017 3rd Q. Originally the opening date was set as being 2019, but it is now pushed out until 2020, with designs being changed to concentrate on the younger generation of gamblers and to the growing Chinese tourist market.
