InBet builds up to Confederations Cup with new Penalty Kick game

InBet Games has prepared for the FIFA Confederations Cup in Russia by unveiling Penalty Kick, a new game replicating one of the most nail-biting aspects of tournament football.

Penalty Kick, which is already available as a part of the InbetVProducts utility software, forces the player to make a prediction – will the taker be victorious or will the goalkeeper make a save?

However, there are many other outcomes to be considered, each with a different coefficient rating. Bets are taken on where the ball will be placed (upper, middle or lower), while the biggest wins can be achieved by predicting a rebound off the post or the exact ‘cell’ (1-24) for the penalty.

Pavel Korolev, business development director for Inbet Games, said: “With the FIFA Confederations Cup ready to unfold in Russia, we are reminded that the great feast of the game, the long anticipated 2018 World Cup, is just around the corner, too.

“Here at InBet, we share many of our friends’ and customers’ passion for the Game. The football vibe that we all feel chimes in with our resolution to always deliver the products that best fit the players’ needs – here and now. That is how the Penalty Kick came to be.

“We are thrilled to unveil our new game, which combines elements of both dynamic action and football drama. The idea behind it was the drive to replicate one of the most nail-biting moments of the Game – a penalty.

“Will the kicker be victorious, or will the goalkeeper make an unlikely epic save? Will the shot be powerfully placed in the top corner, or volleyed to the center? Penalty Kick’s 3D simulation will keep you guessing until the very last second.”

The length of each ‘Penalty Kick’ round is two minutes. Players will see a countdown clock to place as many bets as they can, alongside statistics for the last 120 shots to help guide their predictions.
