Tipbet upgrades in-store systems & software

Malta-based German sports betting group Tipbet has informed that it has upgraded its in-store terminal systems across its entire retail portfolio, with a view to enhancing ‘customer usability and staff efficiency’.

The upgrade follows the launch of the Tipbet 2.0 software across all platforms; terminals, cash-points and websites. Announcing the launch, Tipbet management stated that it wanted its franchisees to work more productively whilst offering best value and services for customers.

Moving forward, Tipbet retail systems will feature a new interface, built with ‘intuitive controls’ making it easier for customers to navigate markets and prices. The system, further allows for greater user preferences, allowing for customers to choose interface design (theme, colour, brightness).

A major new system feature added to Tipbet provisions has been the inclusion of ‘bet slip buy-back options’, which will allow its betting shops to offer ‘cash-out’ markets for the first time on selected markets.

From an operational standpoint, Tipbet systems have been improved with a deeper integration of Cashpoint back-office provisions. Tipbet franchise owners will be supported with better insight on staff accountability, market data and in-store productivity.
