Kindred Group funds development of Nordic Gambling Therapy app

Updating the market, Stockholm-listed Kindred Group Plc has detailed that it will fund the development of a public ‘Gambling Therapy app‘, informing Scandinavian consumers of problem gambling symptoms and support measures.

The online gambling group details that the free app forms part of its ongoing commitment towards creating ‘safe and secure’ environment for all betting customers.

The Gambling Therapy app will initially be released in all four Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish).

Maris Bonello, Kindred Group Integrity Analytics Manager and key stakeholder for group social responsibility initiatives commented on the app’s development:

Gambling Therapy, forms part of the Gordon Moody Association, has released a free gambling therapy app targeted at problem gamblers. The app provides information about problem gambling, therapeutic exercises and support for people who are struggling with their gambling patterns. Kindred Group will be supporting Gambling Therapy financially to allow full development of the app.
