Vahe Baloulian, BetConstruct

Industry platform and systems provider BetConstruct has today announced that Vahe Baloulian is to step down as Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Baloulian will transfer leadership of the firm to BetConstruct founder and current Executive Chairman Vigen Badalyan, who is expected to takeover CEO duties effective 1 November 2017.

An executive of BetConstruct since 2011, Baloulian first joined the company as a strategic advisor, taking over corporate leadership in 2015.

As leader of BetConstruct, Baloulian has led a number of technology-led initiatives focusing on optimising BetConstruct’s industry services, product portfolio and client delivery.

Baloulian will remain with BetConstruct for a short leadership transition period. Once complete Baloulian will continue to advise BetConstruct governance as a new non-executive director.

In its corporate statement, BetConstruct detailed that Baloulian wished to work on personal projects. As yet, the company has made no official comment on its change of leadership.
