The Hampton-Alexander review, ‘FTSE Women Leaders Report’ on improving gender balance within UK FTSE enterprises has named Paddy Power Betfair in its top-20 companies for having amongst the highest proportion of females at a senior management level.

The review led by Sir Philip Hampton and Dame Helen Alexander, researches the opportunities for female employees and their potential career progressions by assessing senior management and board appointments of 350 FTSE-listed enterprises.

‘FTSE Women Leaders’ supports Lord Mervyn Davies ongoing 5-year target of recording a 33% in female business leaders appointed within UK FTSE-350 boards.

The report sponsored by international financial auditor and management consultancy firm KPMG, seeks to promote diversification amongst the highest positions of UK business.

Paddy Power Betfair is listed fifteenth amongst UK FTSE-100 enterprises that at present have a 33% and above female representation within its leadership and governance positions.
