Updating the market, 188BET has informed that it will continue to be the lead shirt sponsor of English Super League club Wigan Warriors.
188BET marketing informs that it has secured a one-year extension as principal sponsor and betting partner with the Greater Manchester rugby league side.
The online betting operator became the shirt sponsor of Wigan Warriors in 2016, having previously worked with club as betting partner since 2010.
The bookmaker states that its sponsorship of Wigan Warriors is one of its best partnerships, gaining significant coverage and fan engagement with the current Super League champions.
Kris Radlinski, Executive Director at Wigan Warriors, commented on the sponsorship extension: “The sponsorship landscape is such a competitive marketplace and over the last 18 months we have adopted a slightly different model whereby we have gone out and listened to our partners about their commercial objectives and then been creative in how we can help each other achieve our goals.
