Videoslots has confirmed the promotion of Peter Sjoberg to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), as the Malta-based online casino operator continues to restructure its executive leadership ranks.
Sjoberg has served as Videoslots Director of Customer Services since 2018, leading a +50 staff team overseeing Videoslots customer care and compliance duties.
An expert in the day-to-day management of igaming operations, Sjoberg has also held senior management positions leading Betclic and Unibet customer support units.
“I am excited to continue my journey at Videoslots in a new senior management role which will help not just the risk and support team, but the company as a whole, to scale even greater heights,” Sjoberg commented on his promotion.
Sjoberg’s appointment follows Videoslots’ promotion of former COO Ulle Skottling to the position of Deputy CEO – supporting company founder Alexander Stevendahl as Chief Executive.
Skottling and Sjoberg will be charged with reorganising Videoslots’ corporate structure and internal operations to help the firm transition to its next phase of growth.
