Super Group expands NYSE boardroom vision

Super Group has moved to expand its corporate governance, focusing on active US market growth opportunities for its flagship Betway and Spin subsidiaries.

Three months following the firm’s NYSE debut, Super Group has announced the appointment of Natara Holloway and Jonathan Jossel to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

A US pro-sports figurehead, Natara Holloway is the current VP of Operations and Strategic Development for the NFL.

During her 20-year tenure with the NFL, Holloway has led all disciplines related to the league’s commercial development.

Holloway holds a prior relationship with Super Group, having served as a strategic advisor to SPAC partner Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp (SEAC) – in which she was chair of the Audit Committee for the Board of Directors.

A North American gambling expert, Jonathan Jossel is the current Chief Executive of the Plaza Hotel & Casino.

Jossel is credited with reviving the Plaza Hotel’s business, which directly contributed to the revitalization of the downtown district of Las Vegas.

Holloway and Jossel’s appointments see Super Group expand its boardroom to nine members.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jonathan and Natara to the Super Group Board.” – said Neal Menashe, Chief Executive Officer of Super Group,

“They both bring a wealth of experience relevant to our industry and will be able to provide valuable perspectives as we continue to pursue our global growth strategy.”
